During the process of leak testing, we’ll make a record of our findings in order to provide a full report. In cases where we find small issues that are simple to fix, we’ll carry out these repairs as we go along. However, where issues are more significant, we’ll forward our report along with recommendations and costs for the work required to repair them.

ROOF Leak Testing & REPAIRS – The Process

Step 1 - Electronic leak testing

Our experienced roofing specialists use the high quality Buckley’s electronic leak testing kit to inspect and survey every part of your flat roofing system for leaks.

Step 2 - Repairs/recommendations

Any issues that aren’t able to be quickly welded during the inspection process will be detailed in our report and a quotation for repairs will be submitted for your approval.

Step 3 - Larger leak repairs

If you require more extensive repair work, we’ll come back at a time to suit you and undertake the repairs to prevent further external/structural/internal damage occurring.

Step 4 - Sign-off & maintenance

On sign-off an electronic leak testing certificate will be issued. We’re happy to discuss ongoing maintenance support services and to arrange an annual roof leak testing visit.
